High-Tech Magnetics Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Ningbo Yunsheng
Group, is mainly engaged in production and sales of sintered and bonded Nd-Fe-B magnets as well as magnetic components. The
company started neodymium magnets manufacturing from 1996, and has set up
advanced production lines with annual in-house capacity of 4000-ton
sintered magnets and 300-ton bonded magnets.
The
company is not only equipped with the latest machinery, but also
established an R&D center for new product & process technology
development. It becomes the market leader in the field and has the
ability to develop and manufacture a full range of Nd-Fe-B
products including the high energy magnets such as N52, 50M, 48H, 45SH, 40UH,38EH etc.
The
company is composed of two magnetic material plants located in Ningbo and Baotou for magnets
manufacturing, one machining factory for machining processes and one
plating house for surface treatment located in Ningbo.
The
company was TS16949 and ISO14001 certified in December 2005.
The
company also owns the Grant of Patent License from Neomax
(formerly known as Sumitomo Special Metals).
The company has a large customer base across Asia, America, Europe,
and the other places in the world.
