The company keeps strengthening its internal
management and has been ISO9002 and TS16949 certified.
The company was ISO9002 certified in July 1998,
and again certified by the
updated ISO9002:2000 version in June 2001. After almost 4 years’ struggle, the company was finally
certified by TS16949 in
December 2005.
Apart from the
certification, the company also invested in advanced testing equipment
for better quality assurance. The company is now equipped with ICPS-7500 Inductively coupled Plasma Atomic Emission
Spectrometer (ICP-AES), IRO-I Oxygen Tester and MASTERSIZER Magnetic
Particle Size Distribution Tester for material analysis in the lab. The
company also has enough testing apparatus used in production processes:
Optical Microscope and Scanning Electron Microscope for on-line microstructure
observation; High Temperature Magnetism Tester, Helmholtz
Coil, Gaussmeter and Fluxmeter
for magnetic performance test; PCT test cabinet, Salt Spray test cabinet
and Damp Heat (humidity and temperature) test cabinet for coating quality
test; Coordinates measuring instrument and Projector for mechanical size
test, and etc. All these equipment are playing an important role in
delivering qualified and consistent products to our valued customers.
